I am so incredibly grateful for Victoria and these meditations. Today for the first time in my life that I can remember I could just be. I'm usually constantly worried about how other people will see me or what they'll think I almost obsesses over it. I did have a few anxious moments but for the most part I've just felt so comfortable in my own skin. I'm crying tears of gratitude and joy.
